Registration and fees

2. Fill in the registration form.
3. Pay the conference fee by bank transfer and send a copy of the bank transfer together with your registration form to subtitles@unipv.it or fax the two documents to +39.0382.984815.
4. Official conference dinner: € 55 (fifty-five euro) TO BE PAID CASH ON ARRIVAL IN PAVIA.
The official conference dinner (not included in the fee) will be held on the evening of Friday 14th September 2012 in the celebrated reception hall of Palazzo Malaspina (18th century), Prefettura di Pavia (Piazza Petrarca, 2 / via Malaspina), made available by courtesy of the Prefect of Pavia. The conference dinner must be paid cash at the registration desk in Pavia. We advise participants to book a place in advance by ticking the appropriate box in the registration form.
The fee includes two lunches, four coffee-breaks and conference materials.

Participants who have registered for the conference “The languages of films” (14th-15th September 2012) can attend the conference “Subtitles and Language Learning” on 13th September 2012 paying a special fee of € 40 (forty euro). Please note that presenters of papers are required to pay the full fee even if they register only for 13th September 2012.
We encourage those who intend to participate to register as early as possible as places are limited.

No registration can be processed unless a copy of the bank transfer is sent together with the registration form duly filled in. You can either scan your copy of the bank transfer and send it together with the registration form to subtitles@unipv.it or you can fax your registration form and copy of the bank transfer to +39.0382.984815.
