For Hotel accommodation, a Credit Card number is required. No amount will be charged in advance, CC will be held as a gurantee only. Final payment must be settled directly with the Hotel. In case of no-show without any communication at least 48 hours in advance, the whole amount will be charged. Cancellations must be communicated in written form.
For accommodation in University Residences, full advance payment by bank transfer is mandatory.
