The Research Doctorate in Regional Institutions, Administrations and Policies (IAPR) has been conceived by I.Re.F. (the Lombardy Region Institute for Education and Training of Public Administration), and is aimed at fostering a high training and research process, centred on the issue of regional governance.
I.Re.F. has developed this project, supported by four Lombard Universities, each contributing according to its own specific features.
The Doctorate was founded in the 2007-2008 academic year and it is now attended by 30 PhD candidates.
