Federica Rovelli

Federica Rovelli gained her PhD in Musicology and Philological Sciences in 2009 in the Dipartimento di Scienze Musicologiche e Paleografico-Filologiche, Università di Pavia, with a thesis on the instrumental rondò 1750 - 1830. Her degree thesis was on the genesis of Beethoven’s opus 53. She also holds a diploma in piano and specialisation in piano and chamber music. In 2009 she was awarded a grant by the European Network for Musicological Research and currently holds a RAS research grant in the Dipartimento di Studi Storici-Geografici e Artistici, Università di Cagliari.
