PATCH-CLAMP RECORDINGS

(The techniquelink)

slice1200-300 micrometers thick cerebellar slices are used to investigate neuronal and synaptic properties.

whole-cell-1

The patch-clamp technique allows recording from a single cell.

In our Lab we perform patch-clamp recordings on:

  • Granule cells
  • Golgi cells
  • Purkinje cells
  • Deep Cerebellar Nuclei (DCN)
  • Unipolar brush cells (UBC)
